BARCELONA
Barcelona is a stunning city located on the northeast coast of the Iberian Peninsula. The city has been recognized for its unique culture, fabulous cuisine, and outstanding architecture (especially that of Antoni Gaudí). In 2010, we explored this amazing city and visited many of its World Heritage sites including Park Güell, Palau Güell, Casa Milà, Sagrada Familia, Casa Batlló, and Palau de la Música Catalona. Other spectacular locales included Tibidabo and Montjuïc, which overlook the city as well as Montserrat, a multi-peaked mountain which houses Santa Maria de Montserrat, the Benedictine abbey claimed to be the location of the Holy Grail.
