CALIFORNIA DREAMING
In January, 2010, we spent a week exploring Northern California. Our journey included a visit to the elephant seal rookery at Piedras Blancas beach outside of San Simeon. Every year up to 10,000 elephant seals return to this incredible spot to breed, give birth, and molt. We also toured several of the more famous California wine regions including Sonoma County, Paso Robles, and Santa Ynez.
