CROATIA – DALMATIA 2018
Dalmatia is one of four historical regions in Croatia. It originally ran along the eastern shore of the Adriatic Sea from the island of Rab in the north to the Bay of Kotor in the south. While never formally established by Croatian law, the area is still recognized geographically and culturally. The region has become a prime tourist destination due to its vast number of coves, islands and channels, as well as the excellent water quality in the Adriatic Sea. Following our visit in 2017, we returned the next year as part of our Croatian wine tour.
